This development was achieved following pre-application consultation with Chichester District Council and a detailed design process led by MH Architects and Elberry Properties. Smith Simmons & Partners' planning team managed the planning application involving engagement with the City Council and responding to local residents. This scheme makes more efficient and effective use of a site that previously comprised three small flats in a highly sustainable and desirable part of Chichester.
