We have worked on many smaller scale domestic projects including annexes, garden rooms, swimming pools, garages and tennis courts. Our combined planning and architectural expertise means that we have a strong record of securing a wide range of small-scale projects for private homeowners. These are often located within conservation areas, listed building curtilages, the South Downs National Park and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The planning strategy and scheme presentation are carefully considered to maximise project success. We manage the application process from pre-application to planning and where necessary, appeal. The proposals take account of the context of the main house and its surroundings, with design responses ranging from traditional to contemporary.
